This is the plan for November’s Instagram: which posts, for which job, on which day. From now on each month’s plan is approved before anything is made, and each post is still approved on its own on the approval board. Viral is the only ad-hoc pillar: it gets 2 floating slots, used only when a trend fits.

How many posts in November?
If you say nothing: 17 planned posts plus 2 floating viral slots
4 a week on Tue, Wed, Thu and Sun, posted 8–10 pm. UKIYO’s own brand notes disagree (one says 1 a day, another 30 a month) and none was ever agreed. The research says 3–5 posts a week grows followers about 2.2× faster than 1–2 (Buffer). Our checker picked 16 from 16 / 20 / 26 / 30. Whatever you pick becomes the one agreed number.

Which mix of pillars?
If you say nothing: Education-led (the calendar below)
Our checker preferred education-led, about 2 to 1. Balanced 360 adds 1 members post, 1 more testimonial and 1 more lounge post, and drops 2 education posts and 1 services post. It is closer to the 360 coverage you asked for.

November’s first-trial offer (the price on the 22 Nov offer post)
If you say nothing: RM198 CellLight 3.0 / 黑金牛奶光, as you ruled on 12–13 Oct
Some older UKIYO notes still say RM99, and all ads are paused. The client should confirm the offer is still valid in November.

Deepavali, Sun 8 Nov: how do we greet?
If you say nothing: A Stories greeting; 8 Nov’s feed post stays a normal post
Our checker was split: its answer flipped when the options were swapped, so there is no strong signal. Festival posts need your confirmation.

The toggle-checklist post (3 Nov) and the MSilky close-up (17 Nov): animated or static?
If you say nothing: Both animated, as reels
Both references work best in motion. Reels reach about 36% more people than carousels (Buffer).

The Notes-app post (24 Nov): which service?
If you say nothing: Hair removal (underarm)
A near tie for our checker (50 vs 46). Hair-removal statics are fine; reels stay facial-only.

The year-end gift post (26 Nov): what is the gift?
If you say nothing: LDM, if a real LDM device photo arrives by 20 Nov; otherwise the membership
We have no real LDM device photo yet. Our checker preferred LDM (75 vs 24). The RM399 membership version would also give November its one members post.

Who posts, and how do we get the numbers?
If you say nothing: The client posts and sends a monthly Instagram Insights export
No UKIYO Instagram account is connected to us. Without one of these two, November can’t be measured.

The lounge behind-the-scenes reel (15 Nov): which room?
If you say nothing: A room generated in the UKIYO look
The 9 Oct brief said generated rooms; your 12 Oct answer allowed the real room for ads. Real phone clips of the team setting up would make this post best.

Xiaohongshu: start now, or wait?
If you say nothing: Wait until UKIYO’s XHS account exists
The plan is about 3 notes a week, reworked from the month’s Instagram posts. UKIYO’s XHS account is not set up yet.

The 静 calm theme: accept as is, or raise it?
If you say nothing: Accept for November and review in December
Calm shows in only 2 of the 17 posts (the lounge reel and the MSilky close-up). The research makes calm UKIYO’s signature theme at about 25%. Your pillar list stays the main structure; themes are only a balance check.

Does the client see this plan before we start making posts?
If you say nothing: Your call: only your approval is needed
The client will still see every finished post on the client board before it goes up.

Good to know
If no trend fits, the first swap-in is the aftercare meme reel 「做完脸,明天可以化妆吗?」.
If a reference decode lands in another pillar, that post swaps with the same pillar’s post in the same week. Posts 05 and 17 each have a backup idea.
October’s approved posts stay in October.
Rules on every post: no %, timeframes or cure words; real reviews are never reworded; up to 5 hashtags; reply to every comment in the first hours.
How we work
Each week’s posts are made the week before.
Mon
Study the references for next week’s posts. Look for a trend that fits the viral slot.
Tue
Brief each post and make the first pictures and video frames. Test runs before any paid video.
Wed
Finish: type, colour, logo and grain. Edit the reels, write the captions and check the wording.
Thu
Quality check at full size and side by side with the reference, then onto the approval board.
Fri
You approve or ask for changes. Approved posts go to the client board with full-size files.
Sat–Sun
A fix round for anything marked “changes”.
Post day
The client posts and notes the date and link. Without that note nothing can be measured.

Day 7MeasureEach post against UKIYO’s own median for the same format and job.
About the 3rdChange 3 thingsOne pillar ±5 points, one format, and one Trial Reels hook test.
Labels: strong at 2× or more of UKIYO’s own median, mild at 1.5×, under at half or less. November has no baseline yet, so it sets the first one.
Offers stay at or below 20% of the feed and at most 2 a week. Offers live in Stories and WhatsApp.
Education stays the anchor at 20% or more. Testimonial, review and lounge keep at least 1 post each.
A pillar moves only after at least 3 of its posts have day-7 numbers, and a pattern counts as proven only after 2 separate wins.
Viral keeps 2 floating slots and earns a 3rd only after two used slots both rate strong.
Retention (guests coming back) is not measurable yet. It is reported as “not measurable”, never filled in with likes or reach.
Never used: sales return on organic posts, one blended engagement rate, and boosted posts in the organic comparison.
What has to be set up before November can be measured
None of this blocks making November’s posts; it is what lets us read them afterwards.
UKIYO’s Instagram numbersConnect UKIYO’s Instagram to us, or the client sends the monthly Insights export. Without one of them November can’t be measured. See decision D8
A post logFor every post, the date it went up and its link. A shared sheet or a note on the client board is enough.
Post codes on WhatsApp linksEach post’s WhatsApp link carries a short code (for example 「我想问 #N06」) and the lounge notes enquiries by code, so we can tell which posts bring enquiries.
Our insight reader needs updatingIt still asks Instagram for a number Instagram stopped giving for new posts in 2024, so it fails. It will ask for views, reach, saves and shares instead.
Our post scorecard needs updatingIt judges Instagram posts on likes and reach only. It needs saves, shares, views and watch time, grouped by each post’s job.
One old calendar tool stays offIt adds “today only” and “before midnight” lines and learns from sales return, which breaks UKIYO’s calm, no-pressure rule. We won’t use it for UKIYO.
Two brand notes still say RM99We update them once you confirm November’s offer. See decision D3
Device photosReal photos of the LDM device, the 小气泡 plasma station and the IPL hair-removal machine are missing. See decision D7
A trend feedThere is no working trend sweep yet, so the viral slots rely on references you drop in.
What the research says
Posting 3–5 times a week grows followers about 2.2× faster than posting 1–2 times; weeks with no post fall below the account’s own baseline. Buffer, 2.1M posts from 102k accounts (Aug 2025)
Reels reach about 36% more people than carousels. Carousels get the most engagement per person reached (6.9%, vs 4.4% for single images and 3.3% for reels), so reels are for reach and carousels for saves. Buffer, 2026 format study
Published “engagement rates” range 60-fold, from 0.07% to 4.3%, depending on how they are counted. So UKIYO is judged against its own median, not an industry figure. Rival IQ, Socialinsider, Dash Social and Buffer benchmarks
Instagram stopped reporting impressions for posts made after July 2024. The current numbers are views, reach, saves, shares, follows and watch time, and Meta’s data can lag up to 48 hours, so each post is read at day 7. Meta Graph API changelog
Instagram now caps hashtags at 5 a post, and Trial Reels show a reel to non-followers first: a free way to test two hooks before sharing the winner. Instagram Creators; Social Media Today; Later
